About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Summer Intern to work virtually to support our operations, development, and client services work. This role offers hands-on experience with CRM (Customer Relations Management system) systems, donor relations, data management, and administrative coordination in a mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- CRM Management (Bloomerang): Organize and maintain constituent records, create and update household profiles, and track and log interactions, timelines, and engagement history.
- Recruiting & Sales Pipeline Support: Update and manage the TT (TribeTalk) Recruiting Database, track progress and ensure accuracy across the sales pipeline.
- Client Communications: Prepare and send confirmation letters, assist with client invoicing and documentation
- Donor Relations: Send acknowledgment letters to new donors, and accurately input and track donations in the CRM system
- Data & Impact Reporting: Code participant surveys following trainings, analyze survey data and help create clear, client-ready impact reports
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance as needed across teams

Qualifications:
-Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and self starter
-Excellent written communication skills
-Comfort working with databases or CRM systems (experience with Bloomerang is a plus)
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
-Interest in nonprofit operations, development, or client services
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets preferred
