Ohel is seeking a dynamic and organized professional to join our Development team at the Ohel Jaffa Family Campus in Brooklyn. The Development Associate will work closely with Senior Development staff to support fundraising initiatives and strengthen donor engagement efforts.

The Development Associate plays an important role in supporting fundraising operations by managing donations, maintaining accurate donor records in Salesforce, and assisting with donor communications. Additional responsibilities include tracking contributions, generating reports using Excel, and supporting the planning and execution of fundraising events to help advance the organization’s development goals.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail oriented, and possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills. The candidate should be able to multitask effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. Experience with Salesforce is a plus.

Salary: $33.00 - $35.00 per hour
