Driven by service excellence, the people working at OHEL can provide the people in need with a unique combination of social services and health needs, but in a more private and integrated manner.  Currently, Elly Kleinman and Moshe Zakheim both the key figures at OHEL, both of them being Co-Chairman of the Board. Kleinman himself plays an even more of a central position being the Chairman  of Camp Kaylie Board Officers, which in fact is a part of OHEL.
