Ohel is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Team Leader, SMI to join our innovative, growth-oriented, and family-centered Tikvah clinic based in Brooklyn, NY. This leadership role will oversee and coordinate a multidisciplinary team serving individuals with Serious Mental Illness (SMI) within our CCBHC outpatient mental health program.

Responsibilities:

  • Build, supervise and support a multidisciplinary treatment team including therapists, psychiatric rehabilitation staff and targeted case managers
  • Provide clinical leadership and oversight to ensure high-quality, person-centered care
  • Design and implement innovative care pathways that promote stability, recovery, and community integration
  • Collaborate closely with psychiatry providers, supervisors, therapists, and other clinic teams to ensure coordinated care
  • Monitor documentation, compliance, and clinical outcomes in alignment with CCBHC standards

Qualifications:

  • LCSW, LMHC, PhD, or equivalent clinical licensure required
  • Minimum of 3–4 years of experience working with individuals with Serious Mental Illness
  • Prior experience in a clinic or outpatient setting preferred

The ideal candidate is passionate about serving individuals with SMI and is committed to recovery-oriented, person-centered care. Candidate must possess strong clinical judgment, leadership, and organizational skills and has the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously. This position may be filled on a full-time or part-time basis and is located at the Tikvah Clinic in Brooklyn, NY.

Position includes a competitive benefits package that includes a 403B retirement plan with employee contribution, sick and vacation paid time off (PTO) and for full time employees, health insurance. Eligibility for all benefits is based on hours worked, employment classification, and fulfillment of applicable waiting periods and plan requirements.

Salary: $105,000- $120,000
