Seeking a well-organized and professional individual to work in Ohel’s CFTSS Services (Children and Family Treatment and Support Services) PSR Program as a Senior Manager. CFTSS PSR Services provides mental health treatment and ancillary support to children who are living in the community. The CFTSS PSR Senior Manager is responsible for overseeing, and reviewing work of direct care providers and provides staff training and assistance in development of appropriate treatment goals and interventions. The Senior Manager works as member of a multidisciplinary team and facilitates collaboration with other Ohel services. Candidate should be a strong communicator, have excellent writing and computer skills, and possess leadership abilities. Licensure in a mental health profession required with experience working with individuals with mental health challenges. Management experience preferred. Salary: $70,000- $80,000
