Ohel is seeking an experienced Nutritionist in our family centered Brooklyn-based clinic to be part of our dedicated team who is committed to delivering exemplary treatment while harnessing the latest evidence-based and cutting-edge practice models. Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling to clients on any dietary issues and healthy eating habits and best practices in nutrition
• Assess clients’ nutritional and health needs
• Develop nutrition plans while taking into account the client’s budget and tastes
• Create educational material about healthy eating habits and facilitate sharing, exchange of information and mutual support
• Read and contribute to the latest nutritional research, disseminating best practices
• Speak to groups about the importance of nutrition to prevent specific diseases

Candidate should be a strong communicator, have excellent writing and computer skills. Must be able to work with a team, including therapists, prescribers, and case managers, to support client growth. Bachelors degree in nutrition or related field with 3 years’ experience or Masters degree in nutrition or related field with one years experience required. This part time is 8-10 hours a week and based in Brooklyn.

Salary: $100-$110 an hour
