Driven by service excellence, the people working at OHEL can provide the people in need with a unique combination of social services and health needs, but in a more private and integrated manner.

Currently, Elly Kleinman and Moshe Zakheim are both key figures at OHEL, both of them being Co-Chairman of the Board. Kleinman himself plays an even more central position, being the Chairman of Camp Kaylie Board Officers, which is in fact a part of OHEL.
