The Milwaukee Jewish Federation is seeking a mission-driven and strategic leader to be its next Chief Operating Officer (COO). This position will serve as the internal partner to the CEO, collaborating closely to develop and implement organizational strategies that align with the mission and priorities. The COO will oversee the daily operations of the Federation, ensuring that all functions run smoothly and effectively by supervising senior staff, managing financial and operational performance, mitigating risk and driving initiatives that enhance productivity and outcomes.

Through community planning, we help ensure a full array of programs and services to educate our children, provide for our seniors, support our most vulnerable, and finance and maintain community properties for the enjoyment of all. Together, we go from strength to strength here at home, in Israel and around the world.
