Milwaukee Jewish Federation
The Milwaukee Jewish Federation owns and manages seven properties for the benefit of our community. The Evan and Marion Helfaer Community Service Building is the home to the Milwaukee Jewish Federation offices and our programs and services including the Coalition for Jewish Learning, the Israel Center, the Jewish Community Foundation, the Jewish Community Relations Council, Jewish Museum Milwaukee, the Nathan and Esther Pelz Holocaust Education Resource Center, and The Wisconsin Jewish Chronicle. Golda Meir House are subsidized Section 8 housing for seniors and the disabled. Jewish Family Services, a partner agency of the Milwaukee Jewish Federation, provides service coordination to the residents of the building as well as RN services. Habush House is a group of apartments located in the North Shore of Milwaukee that provide supportive independent living for developmentally disabled adults. Jewish Family Services, a partner agency of the Milwaukee Jewish Federation, provides case management services, including living skills training, advocacy, assistance with medical and dental appointments, money management, social and religious opportunities.
