Arch Amenities Group, the world’s leading spa, fitness and leisure firm, is seeking an Aquatics/Swim Lessons Instructor. The Aquatics Instructor is responsible for providing quality instruction for all levels of swim lessons to participants of all ages and abilities. Responsibilities: Effectively teach all levels of swim instruction under Swim Lessons University standards. Communicate with parents regarding appropriate class levels. Maintain familiarity with registration process and class schedules. Ensure safety of all swimmers and enforce pool rules courteously. Provide quick response to emergencies and keep aquatic areas safe, clean, and orderly. Qualifications: Willing to obtain Swim Lessons University instructor certification at employer’s expense. Community CPR and Standard First Aid certifications; American Red Cross Lifesaving certification preferred. Experience teaching all ages and levels; strong customer service and communication skills. Compensation: Starting at $18.50 per 30-minute group lesson delivered; $15 per private and $20 per semi-private 30-minute lesson delivered.
