Arch Amenities Group, the world’s leading spa, fitness and leisure firm, is seeking part-time Lifeguards at the Mayerson JCC of Cincinnati. The Lifeguard is responsible for providing a safe and fun environment for all participants utilizing the aquatic facility. Responsibilities: Ensure safety of all swimmers by preventative measures and minimizing hazardous situations; enforce pool rules courteously. Provide quick response to emergency situations in water/deck area. Conduct ongoing maintenance and record pool readings. Be knowledgeable on all aquatic information and programming. Ensure the aquatic area is safe, clean and orderly. Qualifications: Valid CPR, First Aid, and American Red Cross Lifeguard certifications. Excellent customer service skills; energetic and professional demeanor. Compensation: $15 – $18 / hour.
