| Atara High School for girls is looking for an assistant for its student success center. A primary aspect of this job is providing support and intervention as needed for a student who struggles with emotion regulation. This role also involves interacting with students, teachers, and the Director of the student success center to foster a positive and effective learning environment. Key responsibilities include assessing the student's emotional and behavioral needs, delivering interventions that focus on emotion regulation, social skills, and problem solving, teaching and reinforcing de-escalation techniques, monitoring and recording student progress and needs, and communicating student progress and needs to the Director. Other responsibilities include supervising students in their independent learning and assisting them when needed. Qualifications:
Schedule: Part time, afternoons, 4 days per week Monday - Thursday 1:45-4:45 | ||
