POSITION SUMMARY: The Agency Development Officer position presents a unique opportunity to work within the Development Department at the Jewish Federation of Cincinnati (JFC) and also serve a dual role as the lead development professional for a partner agency, Jewish Family Service (JFS). The Agency Development Officer will drive the fundraising efforts for JFS, working with its Development Committee and CEO to ensure successful funding of critical programs and services. This position will also be an integral part of the JFC Development Team and will implement the launch of the organization’s new Corporate Partnership Program to benefit the JFC’s Annual Campaign. The Agency Development Officer will aid in the execution of key organization events throughout the year. Additionally, the Agency Development Officer will identify, cultivate, and develop donors and leaders and connect them to the Jewish community. This position will report to the Director of Annual Giving at JFC. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITES:
