Coordinator of Onboarding & Recruitment

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle while overseeing the onboarding experience for new hires. This role is responsible for attracting, sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified talent, as well as coordinating onboarding tasks to ensure new employees meet the standard requirements for employment with our organization. The ideal candidate is an effective communicator, with strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple priorities, and aptitude to quickly learn and utilize applicant tracking and HRIS systems.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from the requisition through the offer acceptance.
  • Partner with hiring managers to determine workforce needs.
  • Create and post job advertisements on ADP and Indeed.
  • Source and screen candidate resumes. Forward eligible candidates to the hiring manager for review.
  • Prepare and extend employment offers.
  • Track applicant statuses.

Onboarding

  • Coordinate pre-employment and onboarding tasks for new hires.
  • Conduct various background checks, verify employment authorization.
  • Prepare offer, onboarding documentation and new hire communications.
  • Ensure all required employment documentation is completed accurately and on time, monitoring the new hire’s onboarding progress.
  • Complete new hire profile in the HRIS Payroll system ADP. Create personnel file within HRIS.
  • Oversee new hire class every other Monday at the Phoenix Administration office.

Qualifications

  • High School or GED with an equivalent amount of experience and training.
  • Must be able to obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance card without restrictions.
  • Software application skills preferably in ADP and/or equivalent software programs.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related business applications.
