Your Role

We're hiring Assistant Teachers for our Infant, Toddler, Preschool, and Pre-K classrooms. In this role, you'll help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.

What You'll Do

• Build positive, caring relationships with children
• Support daily routines and classroom structure
• Encourage learning through play and exploration
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom
• Track and communicate children's daily activities and progress
• Collaborate with lead teachers and staff

What We're Looking For

• Experience in early childhood education (preferred)
• Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate practices
• A patient, nurturing, and positive attitude
• Ability to actively engage with children (floor play, lifting, etc.)
• Must meet state licensing requirements (background check & training)

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• 2+ years early childhood experience (preferred)
