Our Early Learning Center, located within the state-of-the-art Roth Family Education Center, serves 165 children in 12 developmentally focused classrooms. Your Role
We are currently hiring an Assistant Preschool Teachers for our 3-4-Year-Old Classroom. If you're passionate about early childhood development and love working with young children in a nurturing environment, we want to meet you!
Key Responsibilities
- Engage joyfully and sensitively with children, encouraging exploration and development.
- Support classroom routines and implement behavior management strategies.
- Prepare a safe, clean, and welcoming learning environment.
- Follow each child's individual schedule and document daily activities and milestones.
- Participate actively in play, care routines, and classroom experiences.
- Be physically able to interact with children at their level (sitting on floor, lifting, etc.).
Qualifications
- Experience with infants or toddlers in a licensed childcare setting is preferred.
- Understanding of child development and age-appropriate practices.
- A nurturing, patient, and positive attitude.
- Must meet state licensing requirements for background checks and health/safety training.
