GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Pickup and drop-off older adult (sixty-year-old +) Center for Adults Living Well @ the Y program participants in a safe manner from designated stops to the center and back. General maintenance and custodial duties while not driving.

LOCATION:

Upper Manhattan

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Pickup and drop-off older adult (sixty-year-old +) program participants.
Keep vehicle clean and in good operating condition.
Inspect vehicle daily and report any operational or structural defects immediately to the Director of Facilities.
Oversee the maintenance and cleaning of vehicle (gas, oil, tire changes).
Pick up and return vehicle to parking lot.
General maintenance and custodial duties.

SCHEDULE:

Part-time; 5-hour work day; 25-hour work week.
Monday through Friday; 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

COMPENSATION:

Paid at $23 per hour.
Eligible for salary increases under the collective bargaining agreement (CBA).

Passenger (P) Endorsement.
