Friends of United Hatzalah seeks a Finance Coordinator, Donation Operations to join our U.S.-based team. This full-time entry level position is based in our New York City headquarters on a hybrid in-office work schedule. The position reports to the Manager of Donation Operations and will be a key member of the Finance Team. The ideal candidate will be organized, personable and process-driven, a self-starter with a passion for Israel and our lifesaving mission. This candidate will process and record gifts as they are received, creating accurate donor records, overseeing receipts and acknowledgements, maintaining data integrity in our Salesforce CRM, and collaborating with staff across the fundraising, finance, and operations teams. This position will work within a friendly and sociable team full of like-minded individuals and grow a meaningful career in the non-profit sector.
