This full-time position is based in our New York City headquarters on a hybrid work schedule, requiring a minimum of three (3) days per week in the office. The Director of Human Resources will serve as the organization’s senior HR leader and trusted advisor, working closely with executive leadership, department heads, managers, and external partners. This newly created role will oversee all aspects of Human Resources and play a key role in building scalable people systems to support organizational growth. The Director of Human Resources will help shape organizational culture, strengthen HR infrastructure, support staff development, and ensure compliance and best practices across the organization.
