United Hatzalah seeks a proactive Development Associate to track the lifecycle of donor sponsorships, coordinate between donor experience and operational teams, and conduct donor research to optimize stewardship and guide fundraising strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer or donor relations, excellent communication skills, and a deep commitment to the mission of the organization.
