Job Description: United Hatzalah seeks a proactive Development Associate to track the lifecycle of donor sponsorships, coordinate between donor experience and operational teams, and conduct donor research to optimize stewardship and guide fundraising strategies. Responsibilities: Monitor and manage donor sponsorship lifecycle; serve as liaison between donor experience, operations, and logistics teams; conduct donor research to identify renewal opportunities and inform targeted campaigns; maintain accurate records and reports in Salesforce; support donor stewardship and provide timely updates. Qualifications: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Hebrew; strong organizational skills and attention to detail; experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred); ability to analyze donor data and provide actionable insights; proactive, self-starter with problem-solving skills; driver’s license preferred; motorcycle license an advantage.
