Job Description: United Hatzalah is looking for a warm, organized, and people-oriented individual to join our Visits Team on a temporary basis (maternity leave coverage). This role is an integral part of coordinating and leading visits to the United Hatzalah Headquarters and Dispatch Center, working closely with staff, visitors, and partners from Israel and abroad. The position requires professionalism, attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for our lifesaving mission. Responsibilities: Coordinate, schedule, and lead visits to United Hatzalah Headquarters and Dispatch Center for donors, partners, delegations, families, VIP guests, and visitors from Israel and abroad; serve as the primary point of contact; prepare visit agendas, logistics, and materials; liaise with internal departments; lead tours and presentations; manage calendars and last-minute changes; welcome guests; maintain accurate records; assist with follow-up; support additional coordination tasks. Qualifications: Strong interpersonal and communication skills; fluent Hebrew and English; highly organized; ability to multitask; confident presenter; professional demeanor; strong coordination abilities; comfortable working with senior leadership, donors, and international guests; proficient in basic office tools; ability to work both independently and as part of a team; alignment with United Hatzalah’s mission. Preferred: Prior experience in visitor relations, hospitality, nonprofit organizations, donor relations or fundraising; familiarity with United Hatzalah or emergency medical services; experience in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
