The Business Analyst is responsible for supporting the analysis, documentation, and delivery of business and technology solutions. This role works closely with business stakeholders, developers, and project teams to gather requirements, document processes, and help ensure that technology solutions meet business needs.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and eager to learn how technology supports business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and document functional requirements.
  • Assist in conducting discovery sessions, interviews, and workshops.
  • Translate business needs into clear documentation for technical teams.
  • Create and maintain business requirements documents (BRDs), user stories, process flows, and other documentation.
  • Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the creation of wireframes, mockups, or workflow diagrams when needed.
  • Assist with planning and tracking project tasks and deliverables.
  • Support project managers and senior analysts in coordinating activities across teams.
  • Help ensure requirements are clearly understood by development and technical teams.
  • Assist with developing test cases and executing functional testing.
  • Validate that delivered solutions meet documented requirements.
  • Document defects and work with developers to resolve issues.
  • Communicate project updates and clarify requirements with stakeholders.
  • Support user training and documentation when new systems or features are launched.

          Qualifications

          • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
          • 1-2 years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, or technology-related roles.
          • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
          • Excellent written and verbal communication
          • Ability to document requirements clearly and concisely
          • Strong organizational and time-management skills
          • Ability to work collaboratively with both business and technical teams
          • Basic understanding of business processes and technology systems

              Reporting Structure:

              Reports to Director, Enterprise Applications

              Salary:

              The salary for this role is $66,500.
