About the Role
The Project Coordinator, supports the planning and delivery of various immersive programs within JHub, such as our Israel Volunteer programs, Masa, and Community Public School outreach programs.
This role combines program recruitment, relationship building, and participant engagement with project coordination and educational support. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, and passionate about Jewish community life, Israel engagement, and Jewish experiential education.
Key Responsibilities
- Support event coordination to ensure excellent execution of programs, events, and meetings.
- Assist in recruitment and outreach for Israel volunteer and Masa programs
- Serve as the primary contact for participants on certain programs throughout the process.
- Assist in trip planning, including registration, logistics support, building itineraries, and ongoing communication with Israeli partners.
- Organize some staff training and orientations
- Track participation data and gather feedback for program improvement.
- Collaborate with partners, schools, synagogues, and community organizations to expand their reach and impact.
Qualifications & Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in program coordination, community engagement, or youth/Israel education.
- Must have participated in an organized Israel experience (such as Birthright, Masa, or a similar program).

Leadership experience in an organized program is an asset.
Passionate advocate and visible champion of UJA’s mission, values, and goals, inspiring others through action and unwavering commitment to advancing our shared purpose
- Knowledge of Jewish community life, passion for Israel education, and Holocaust education is an asset.
- Willingness to work evenings/weekends and travel internationally as required.

Experience with social media platforms and content creation, including consistent posting, creative content development, reels, and video content creation.
*This is a full-time permanent position, Union Level 2. Salary Range: $53,000–$63,000 annually, based on experience.
