About the Opportunity

UJA is seeking a highly organized, detail oriented, and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing department. Reporting to the Senior Manager, the Marketing Coordinator will assist with planning, coordination and execution of marketing initiatives from intake to final delivery. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, enjoys managing multiple projects at once, and is passionate about bringing creative work to life with excellence and precision.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage and track creative projects from intake through completion, ensuring all project details, timelines, and deliverables are accurately recorded within Wrike (our project management tool)
  • Proactively follow up with Designers, Writers, and the Digital team to collect missing information and keep projects moving forward on schedule
  • Gather, organize, and maintain all required creative assets in a clear and accessible manner
  • Coordinate asset delivery, feedback, and approvals with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Conduct rigorous follow-up to stay on the critical path, flagging risks early and proposing solutions, while communicating project status to key stakeholders on a regular, established basis
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings as required, including but not limited to brief-in meetings, brainstorms, and creative presentations
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and logistical support to the Marketing team to ensure smooth and efficient operations

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years’ relevant work experience
  • Post-secondary degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field, or a related coordination role
  • Passionate advocate and visible champion of UJA’s mission, values, and goals, inspiring others through action and unwavering commitment to advancing our shared purpose.
  • Current knowledge of print and digital production process
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to quickly build rapport with colleagues across teams and disciplines
  • Proactive with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Effectively presents work, and collects and communicates feedback
  • Approaches creative with enthusiasm and passionate about creative excellence and a commitment to creative excellence and brand integrity
  • Enthusiasm, creativity, innovation and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Wrike or similar platforms is considered an asset

*This is a full-time permanent position, Union Level 2. Salary Range: $50,000–$57,000 annually, based on experience.
