Vice President, Marketing and Brand
UJA Federation of Greater Toronto
About UJA Federation of Greater Toronto
At UJA Federation of Greater Toronto, our vision is to lead the most vibrant Jewish community in North America — a community characterized by its diversity, unity, compassion, generosity, and commitment to Jewish values. Together with our philanthropic, volunteer, and professional leadership, we are changing lives.
As one of North America’s leading Jewish non-profits, UJA Federation of Greater Toronto works to preserve and strengthen the quality of Jewish life in Greater Toronto, Canada, Israel, and around the world. UJA advances this mission through fundraising, programs, and research focused on our strategic pillars: fighting poverty and improving well-being, growing Jewish education and identity, countering antisemitism and hate, and strengthening connections with Israel and Jewish communities worldwide.
About the Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned, strategic, and mission-driven Vice President of Marketing and Brand to help guide and elevate our work. UJA’s ability to connect, inspire, and mobilize our community has never been more essential.
As Vice President of Marketing and Brand, you will bring deep expertise to a high-impact strategic leadership role. You will provide strategic leadership and oversight across a diverse team, ensuring that UJA’s marketing and brand are cohesive, innovative, and aligned with our mission. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Marketing, Communications & Brand, you will work with an accomplished team to strengthen strategic focus and ensure alignment with UJA’s most important goals — with a particular emphasis on fundraising marketing to drive philanthropic support.
This role will also play a central part in UJA’s brand refresh — supporting the transition, leading rollout across all touchpoints, and stewarding the refreshed identity so that it continues to resonate with donors, community members, and stakeholders well into the future.
This is a rare opportunity for an experienced leader to channel their skills toward building the future of Jewish life in Toronto and beyond.

- Ensure all marketing and brand efforts protect and strengthen UJA’s reputation, complementing communications/crisis response as needed.
Digital & Data-Driven Marketing
- Oversee digital marketing and brand presence across web, email, paid and organic media, and social platforms, to maximize reach, engagement, and fundraising conversion.
- Use data and analytics to measure performance, optimize campaigns, and inform decision-making.
