Position Title: Member Service Associate. Program/Department: Membership. Part-time – Mon–Sun (times vary). Primary function: Ensure each member, guest, and visitor leaves the J feeling better than when they arrived; provide exceptional service to all who enter/call/email; serve as an ambassador leading to member acquisition. Responsibilities include: maintain cleanliness/organization; greet and welcome; build relationships; provide exceptional experience; answer phones/emails; process registrations and memberships; sell/redeem guest passes; assist with reservations; verify insurance eligibility; update CRM notes/photos; cash handling; other duties as assigned. Requirements: HS Diploma or GED; clear, concise communication; excellent customer service skills. Schedule: Up to 29 hrs/week; 3–5 shifts/week; 4–6 hour shifts; weekend availability required; open availability preferred; provide availability with application; applications reviewed in order received. Hours of operation: Mon–Thu 5:00am–9:00pm; Fri 5:00am–6:00pm; Sat–Sun 6:00am–6:00pm; hours subject to change. Pay Rate: $15.95/hour.
