TribeTalk is a 6-year-old organization that educates and empowers middle school, high school, and college students to recognize and respond to antisemitism in their schools, communities, and on social media. TribeTalk’s goal is to empower these students with the knowledge, confidence, and tools to respond to antisemitism through their academic years and beyond.

TribeTalk is seeking a seasoned fund development professional to support its CEO, Jude Sydney, in fundraising efforts. TribeTalk completed a strategic plan in 2025 and is in a significant period of growth and national scaling.

Responsibilities include:

·      Ownership of annual campaign plan, including donor outreach, donor events and communications.

·      Manage and grow the individual donor prospect list, and outreach to prospective donors.

·      Direct solicitations and ongoing relationship management with major donors and foundations.

·      Represent the organization in public forums to build visibility and support.

·      Support the CEO in fundraising efforts by preparing for and following up on donor meetings.

·      Manage an annual peer-to-peer campaign.

·      Provide timely and accurate fundraising reports to the Board of Directors.

·      Oversight of TribeTalk’s donor database, with the support of a Development Associate.

·      Ensure all acknowledgements and campaign materials are disseminated in a timely fashion.

TribeTalk’s fundraising is also supported by an experienced grant writer and a development associate, in addition to the CEO.

Qualifications:

·      Proven track record of major donor and foundation fundraising and partnership development

·      Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills.

·      Demonstrated ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.

·      Experience in establishing business goals and strategies.

·      Excellent writing skills

·      Proficient with Microsoft suite and Google docs

·      Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in nonprofit management, public administration, business, or a related field preferred.
