Overview
The Social Media Content Creator (NYCPM, FCNY, GSSW) at Touro University is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the social media strategy for three specifiic accounts, including creating content, monitoring messages, competitor analysis, and community activity, to build engagement. This position plays an important role in getting Touro's message and brand out to our target audience. The Instagram (IG) accounts support our SEO efforts and our broader web presence, while also providing dynamic content for the website. Graduate School of Social Work (GSSW), a graduate master's program for social work with cohorts of students online, and on the Midwood Brooklyn and Times Square campus.
While NYCPM and GSSW focus primarily on prospective students, current students, alumni, faculty, and staff, the FCNY site requires a little bit of a different approach focused on patient engagement, community awareness, and podiatry services. This position is housed in the web department and reports to the Social Media Manager.
