Overview
Assist in the administration of the Admissions department; provide information and services to current and prospective students in the area of Admissions.
Responsibilities
Assist in the administration for the admissions department to include, but are not limited to the following:
- Provide information and communication on academic requirements, application processes.
- Performs data entry of all admissions applications, documents, inquiries and admission forms received through the admissions department, including any updates.
- Review documentation for alignment with College requirements.
- Verify applicant data & ensure that all data entry interactions result in a 90% accuracy rate.
- Determine eligibility for admissions.
- Coordinate recruitment events and activities such as appointments, info sessions, open houses and placement exams.
- Provide referral services.
- Assembles Admissions packets.
- When necessary, performs other duties of a similar nature or level as required.
Qualifications
Education/Experience
- Associates Degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1+ years of administratitve experience required.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Well organized.
Physical Demands
- Sitting for long periods of time.
- Able to lift up to 15 lbs.
Travel
- As required for some recruitment events
Maximum Salary
USD $39,000.00/Yr.
Minimum Salary
USD $31,200.00/Yr.
