Overview
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Student Service Offices (Admissions, Career Services and Student Services) and the faculty and to assist in supporting the day-to-day operations of Touro Law Center Great Falls Montana FlexTime JD Program.
This is a full-time position based in Great Falls, Montana.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answers the telephone and retrieves voice mail and email messages.
- Opens and processes incoming and outgoing mail.
- Maintains office files and records, both physical and digital.
- Provides excellent administrative support service to faculty, administrators, staff and students.
- Assists the Director of Admissions with handling administrative responsibilities as assigned.
- Purchasing responsibilities including:
- Processing new vendor paperwork, processing purchase orders, receiving items, communicating with vendors and suppliers, keeping accurate records, etc.
- Assist with student attendance records.
- Assists with faculty secretarial needs including:
- Typing, preparing assessments, mid-term exams and final exams, etc.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education/Experience
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Experience as an administrative assistant preferred.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook.
- Ability to learn and use other relevant software and tools (Banner, Canvas, Siera, etc.).

- Extensive Use of Computers.
- Extensive time sitting.
- Able to lift up to 10 lbs.
Maximum Salary
USD $47,950.00/Yr.
Minimum Salary
USD $38,360.00/Yr.
