Overview
The Clinical Coordinator for the MS PathA Program works closely with the Program Director, Clinical Education Coordinator and Administrative Assistant in providing administrative, operational and student support in the academic and clinical phases of the education program.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities for general aspects of the PathA Program:
- Supporting clinical rotation site placement and facilitating the student onboarding process
- Supporting acquiring and maintaining clinical site affiliations
- Supporting the collection, management, and analysis of clinical rotation documents
- Supporting communications with clinical sites and rotating students
- Participating in regular maintenance of the Program Catalog(s)
- Participating in the maintenance and preparation of accreditation documents for compliance
- Participating in scheduling of all courses
- Supporting planning and execution of all program events
- Participating in the admissions process
- Teaching courses in area(s) of expertise
- Support evaluating clinical faculty and curriculum
- Review and editing of the general overview of the course, course description, & methods of evaluation
- Support evaluating instructors and making sure they follow all learning objectives
- Coordinating student evaluation of clinical rotations
- Tabulating results of the student evaluations, sharing the results with Program Administration and faculty, and discussing the results to correct any areas of weakness
- Facilitating meetings with clinical faculty members to work out logistics of all clinical rotations
Evaluating outcomes:
- Supporting the review of available exam results with staff and curriculum committee to analyze areas of strength and weakness in the curriculum
- Supporting the analysis of student's performance on each clinical rotation, identifying curricular areas of weakness, and discussing avenues of curriculum enhancement
- Supporting implementation of curricular improvements via the curriculum committee
Qualifications
Education/Experience
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Masters's Degree preferred.
- 3 or more years' experience with administrative work, preferably in education or healthcare.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and surgical/anatomic pathology preferred.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Requires ability to manage multiple and varied tasks with frequent high levels of urgency or sensitivity.
- Must be able to work collaboratively and effectively with colleagues in a team environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills are required, both written and oral.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office products.
- Travel to other campuses when required.Skills

Maximum Salary
USD $90,000.00/Yr.
Minimum Salary
USD $72,000.00/Yr.
