Are you looking for a work-from-home opportunity that makes a difference in peoples' lives? As the Assistant to the CRM Manager for Touro University's New York School of Career and Applied Studies (NYSCAS), you'll be communicating with prospective students who are interested in following their dream of an education or career change and scheduling appointments for them with our admissions counselors. In addition, you'll meet with prospective students in need of support and assist with applications, admissions event management, data management, and other administrative tasks as needed. Our students come from all walks of life and often have full-time jobs and families to take care of. As the first point of contact between them and NYSCAS, it will be your job to make a warm, inviting impression while providing that extra push to take the next step when needed. A clear speaking voice, good energy, and strong organizational skills are essential. You'll make a high volume of phone calls each week using the scripts and guidelines provided and respond to inbound text messages and emails, booking appointments for prospective students whenever possible. You'll liaise with the admissions department as needed to ensure a seamless experience for prospective students. All phone calls, emails, and texts will be recorded and selectively reviewed as a team on a weekly basis to ensure that we are serving our prospective students as best we can. This is a remote limited term position with renewal each year. Before receiving an interview, you will be asked to provide an audio or video file, about 30 seconds in length, in which you introduce yourself and share why you're interested in the position. We look forward to receiving your application!
