Overview

Student Services Specialist.

Responsibilities

  • Provide student services to Graduate School of Technology (GST) students
  • Advise international students on immigration process, visa requirements, housing, academic & career matters
  • Plan & participate in student orientation
  • Provide academic advising to new & continuing students
  • Utilize Canvas in academic advising & to guide prospective students on curriculum questions.
  • Manage admission process, including marketing graduate programs, participating in career fairs, responding to prospective student inquiries, reviewing application materials & making admissions decisions.
  • Track inquiries through Anthology Reach CRM system and provide regular reports on marketing & recruitment to GST Dean.
  • Assist with career planning workshops
  • Participate in commencement planning.

Qualifications

  • Master’s in business, management, psychology, education, human resources, or related + 1 year experience.
  • Must have higher education experience advising international students on visas, housing, career matters.
  • Experience advising students on academics & career planning
  • Experience with student orientation planning
  • Must have experience with Canvas student & faculty/admin portal, and with Anthology Reach CRM

Maximum Salary

USD $55,802.00/Yr.

Minimum Salary

USD $44,640.00/Yr.
