Tikvah runs and invests in a wide range of initiatives in Israel, the United States, and around the world, including educational programs, publications, and fellowships.Job Summary:The Program Associate’s main responsibilities will be to support the fellowship programs’ administrative, logistical, and communication needs. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:Program Administration:- Communicate with students, teachers, and parents.- Set up Zoom classes and assist with general program logistics.Data & Written Communications:- Draft language for general emails and website content.- Manage contracts and engagement letters with faculty and vendors.- Update and maintain student data and Salesforce entries.- Compile readers and program materials.- Support curriculum development through editing, and design.Events Management:- Plan and run in-person and online student events (including the occasional Sunday)- Strategize with the Director about program expansion and improvement.- Assist with special projects as assignedCompensationThe compensation range for this role is $65,000-$75,000, commensurate with experience and skill.
