Reports To: Director, High School Fellowships. Position Type: Full-Time, Overtime-Exempt. Location: Hybrid – NYC and work from home.About Tikvah: The Tikvah Fund is a leading Jewish think tank and educational institution committed to supporting the intellectual, religious, and political leaders of the Jewish people and the Jewish State. Tikvah runs and invests in a wide range of initiatives in Israel, the United States, and around the world, including educational programs, publications, and fellowships.Job Summary: The Program Associate’s main responsibilities will be to support the fellowship programs’ administrative, logistical, and communication needs. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:Program Administration: Communicate with students, teachers, and parents; Set up Zoom classes and assist with general program logistics.Data & Written Communications: Draft language for general emails and website content; Manage contracts and engagement letters with faculty and vendors; Update and maintain student data and Salesforce entries; Compile readers and program materials; Support curriculum development through editing, and design.Events Management: Plan and run in-person and online student events (including the occasional Sunday); Strategize with the Director about program expansion and improvement; Assist with special projects as assigned.Compensation & Benefits: $65,000-$75,000, commensurate with experience and skill; health insurance, 401K plan, paid vacation, paid time off for Jewish and national holidays, and short Fridays.Apply: Please submit a resume and cover letter to HR@tikvah.org.
