Through media ventures, academic press, and conferences/events, Tikvah advances serious thinking about the great challenges facing the Jewish people.Job Summary:Key individual contributor managing and optimizing Salesforce, primarily supporting fundraising. Responsibilities span day-to-day operations to advanced troubleshooting, while contributing to ongoing improvement and strategic expansion of the CRM platform. Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and integrations; balance hands-on support with ideas that make Salesforce and associated systems more effective.Key Responsibilities:- Handle Tier 1 and Tier 2 Salesforce support: user support, troubleshooting, report/dashboard creation; resolve complex issues, manage integrations, fix workflow/automation errors, ensure data integrity- Support and optimize CRM systems and processes: analyze data/processes to identify improvements; collaborate with fundraising; contribute to enhancements, integrations, and process improvements; execute tasks and contribute hands-on to projects- Develop tools, reporting, and user support: design/maintain webforms and integrations (e.g., FormAssembly); build and maintain reports, dashboards, analytics; assist with user training/documentation- Support Tikvah’s annual Jewish Leadership Conference: webform management; maintain reports/dashboards; ensure data accuracy; assist with on-site check-inQualifications:- 2–3+ years as a Salesforce Administrator (nonprofit/fundraising context preferred); experience with configurations, reports/dashboards, flows, custom objects, permissions- Experience with webform tools/integrations (e.g., FormAssembly); strong problem-solving; understanding of Tier 1/Tier 2 support; self-motivated and collaborative; translate business requirements into technical solutionsPreferred:- Salesforce Administrator certification (or equivalent experience); familiarity with nonprofit fundraising operations; experience with additional Salesforce clouds/modulesPlease send cover letter and resume to Seth Cala-Slaton, Director of Data Operations at sslaton@tikvah.org.
