About the Organization:Tikvah is a leading Jewish think tank and educational institution running initiatives in America and Israel, including educational programs, publications, and fellowships.About the Role:Entry-level role supporting the digital content division. Seeking a driven, detail-oriented candidate passionate about Jewish ideas and culture, with strong organizational and writing skills, eager to help produce and market written, video, and audio content. Full-time position, primarily based in Tikvah’s New York City office, with the option to work from home 1–2 days a week. Reports to the Senior Director of Tikvah Ideas.Major Responsibilities:- Assist with publication and upkeep of website content (essays, video courses, podcasts)- Draft content descriptions, promotional emails, surveys, forms, social posts, and marketing copy- Build newsletters and curate content; conduct basic analytics tracking and UX testing- Provide support for editorial and production workflows (proofreading, fact-checking, uploading, formatting)- Foster deeper engagement with readers, listeners, and viewers- Track/report on competitors’ offerings and marketing strategies- Provide general administrative/operational support for the content divisionQualifications:- Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills; knowledge of Jewish ideas and public affairs- Willingness/ability to learn relevant software (CMS, email tools, web design)- Meticulous attention to detail; ability to work independently and take initiative; alignment with Tikvah’s missionPreferred Skills (Not Required):- Familiarity with CMS (e.g., WordPress), digital analytics (e.g., Google Analytics)- Experience with Photoshop/Canva; basic video/audio editing- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
