The Weber School seeks a dynamic, student-centered Director of Athletics to lead and advance its athletic program in alignment with the School’s mission and values. The Director of Athletics provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for all athletic programs, personnel, and facilities. A collaborative and growth-oriented leader, the Director will cultivate a culture of healthy competition, sportsmanship, strength and wellness, and personal development. The Director serves as a member of the School’s senior leadership team and works closely with faculty, administrators, coaches, students, and families to ensure that athletics make meaningful contributions to student life and institutional vitality.
