Title: Assistant Program Director, Student to Student

Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 + benefits

About Student to Student:
JFNA’s Student to Student program connects Jewish teens of all backgrounds and denominations with non-Jewish peers to prevent and counter antisemitism and demystify Judaism, highlighting the diversity in our community. The unique, classroom-based, experiential program has had over 32 years of successful teen bridge-building. Student to Student trains Jewish high school students to give presentations to non-Jewish students and share who they are through their personal stories. The program helps young Jews become strong, confident leaders and ambassadors for the Jewish people while breaking down the myths and stereotypes that can lead to antisemitism.
Responsibilities:
- Provide robust and ongoing support and mentorship to STS Coordinators and their colleagues across the system
- Update and develop new curriculum materials to reflect best practices and address emergent issues in the field
- Develop new programs and initiatives to better meet the needs of our constituent Federation partners
- Provide advice and expertise on youth and antisemitism within JFNA and outside the organization to promote STS and Community Relations
- Assist in data tracking and analysis to report on program impact
Qualifications:
- Expertise and experience with a diverse array of Jewish communal organizations, denominations, and educational institutions
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree or higher in Jewish education or a related field strongly preferred
- Ability to work remotely, with travel for team meetings, STS trainings, and JFNA events required
- Experience working with Jewish youth and teens in educational or youth engagement settings
- Experience in program development, data management, and impact tracking

Salary Range: $55,000 - $60,000
