@akiva is a vibrant place for Cleveland teens to explore and grow in their connection to Judaism and Israel while fostering everlasting friendships. From Israel advocacy, leadership training, and college preparation for Jewish students to original Jewish theatre, @akiva offers Hebrew and so much more! @akiva is a beneficiary agency of the Jewish Federation of Cleveland and a department of the JEC.

Position Summary

The @akiva Manager for Teen Engagement and Programs plays a key role in building relationships with Jewish teens across Cleveland and delivering high-impact programs that support their growth and leadership development.

This position combines program leadership and community engagement and is ideal for someone passionate about working with teens in both formal and informal settings. This position is responsible for strengthening existing teen programs while also developing new initiatives aligned with evolving community needs, and plays a key role in implementing @akiva’s teen engagement strategy through program delivery, school and community partnerships, and community-wide initiatives.

The role includes regular evening and weekend programming, as well as occasional travel.
