Finance and Risk Management Senior Associate

The Associated: Jewish Federation of Baltimore has an immediate opening for a full-time Finance and Risk Management Senior Associate that will provide high level administrative support to the Chief Financial Officer. This individual will demonstrate a high level of friendly and professional customer service with board members, volunteers, and Associated Staff. This is a hybrid position.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Risk Management: Manage and organize business insurance, maintain files associated with liability claims, workers' compensation, and incident reports. Renew car registrations and handle auto claims tracking.
  • Staffing Meetings: Schedule and coordinate meetings and take minutes
  • Executive Assistant to CFO: administrative duties, file maintenance, scheduling of meetings.
  • Finance: Quarterly bank compliance emails and file management.
  • Administration: Annual Agency MOU’s and cash disbursement

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 3 years work-related experience
  • Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Pleasant and clear phone voice
  • Detailed oriented
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: $58,000 - $64,000; Salary is commensurate with experience.
