· 7+ years’ experience in leadership development, adult education, community building, or related fields.

· Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in education, organizational leadership, nonprofit management, social work, or Jewish communal service.

· Skilled trainer, facilitator, and mentor, with a track record of designing high-quality learning experiences.

· Strong understanding of nonprofit governance and the lay–professional partnership.

· Excellent communicator and relationship-builder across a diverse community.

· Proficient with data and technology for measuring and improving programs.

· Organized, proactive, and comfortable navigating complexity.

You Will Thrive at Na’aleh if You Are:

Curious, collaborative, and creative—someone who takes initiative, brings fresh ideas, balances strategy with detail, and leads with both humor and heart.
