Reports To: Associate Head of School and Principal. FLSA Classification: Exempt. Position Purpose: Provides leadership and expertise to support students’ academic development and executive functioning needs, in alignment with The Davis Academy’s mission. Key member of the Middle School Student Services Team, collaborating with administrators, counselors, and Davis Learning Center faculty to support students, families, and faculty. Qualifications: Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology; 5+ years experience; strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills; ability to maintain confidentiality. Primary Responsibilities: Student Support and Program Leadership (oversee SST process; observations; consultations; progress monitoring; family communication; design/monitor interventions; interpret evaluations); Admissions Support (testing, file review, observations, recommendations); Assessment and Testing (CTP5 collaboration); Student Records and Systems Management (Veracross records management); Collaboration and Consultation; Professional Development and School Initiatives.
