Temple Israel is seeking enthusiastic, imaginative, and skillful teachers for the 2025–2026 school year. Positions available for preschool–7th grade (Sunday mornings), with potential to teach in our grades 8–12 pluralistic teen program. Qualifications: Enjoy working with children and have prior successful experiences with kids (formal teaching experience not required; training available). Familiarity with second language pedagogy, technology, curriculum development, and assessment desirable but not required; good command of Biblical Hebrew a plus. Comfortable adopting the school’s curricular vision to create inclusive, joyful, and inspiring learning. Collaborative educators who value professional growth are ideal. Compensation: Part-time; competitive pay $55–$85 per hour, depending on experience and longevity at Temple Israel.
