The Director of Operations is a senior staff leader and the operational backbone of Temple Beth Shalom. Reporting to the Senior Rabbi, this role is responsible for the financial health, physical operations, and administrative effectiveness of the congregation — ensuring that Beth Shalom's resources are well-managed and its staff and programs are well-supported. The Director directly supervises facilities and administrative staff and manages relationships with key vendors and outside service providers.
