ABOUT YOU
You are excited about the mission of Temple Beth Shalom. You love meeting and working with people of all ages—from infants to adults and everyone in between. You are all about systems and processes, and you are excited about making things work better (a plus if your sock drawer is impeccably organized). You can juggle (at least metaphorically). You are decisive and have an intuitive sense about when you need to seek counsel and when you should just make the call.

A successful candidate will develop a broad set of professional skills, honing them to the level of excellence in a demanding and supportive environment. You will work with an accomplished and diverse team in which each individual is committed to their own rapid development as well as to that of the team.
