Key Responsibilities:

  • Support children with daily routines like feeding, napping, and diapering.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualifications:
    • Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (preferred).
    • At least 2 years of experience working with young children.
    • Completion of Introductory Childcare Training (45 hours) or willingness to obtain.
    • CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

Skills & Traits:

  • Knowledge of child development and modern educational practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
  • Flexibility and creativity in working with young children.
  • Familiarity with Jewish culture is a plus.

Additional Info:

  • Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work both indoors and outdoors.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced, collaborative, and fun!
  • Candidates must pass a drug test and level II background screening through Clearinghouse/DFC to be considered for employment
