Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with implementing engaging curriculum and daily activities.
- Help track each child’s progress and promote developmental milestones.
- Foster a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.
- Support children with daily routines like feeding, napping, and diapering.
- Build positive relationships with children, encouraging self-confidence and responsibility.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (preferred).
- At least 2 years of experience working with young children.
- Completion of Introductory Childcare Training (45 hours) or willingness to obtain.
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
Skills & Traits:
- Knowledge of child development and modern educational practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility and creativity in working with young children.
- Familiarity with Jewish culture is a plus.
Additional Info:
- Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work both indoors and outdoors.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced, collaborative, and fun!
- Candidates must pass a drug test and level II background screening through Clearinghouse/DFC to be considered for employment
