<div> Temple Beth El (TBE) is seeking a dynamic, motivated individual to serve as our next Atid Fellow, a two-year position designed for emerging Jewish leaders interested in careers in Jewish education, youth engagement, and synagogue life. This fellowship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a vibrant and growing congregation while receiving mentorship from clergy and education professionals. The Fellow will play an active role in shaping meaningful Jewish experiences for youth, teens, and emerging adults. To be considered for the TBE Fellowship, please complete the application below. This is a two-year fellowship beginning July 2026 and concluding in June 2028. Applications will be reviewed beginning May 1, 2026. If you are selected for an interview, we will reach out to schedule beginning June 1, 2026. </div>
