Schedule:

  • Sundays: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

  • Tuesdays: 4:15 PM – 6:15 PM

Our welcoming and vibrant Conservative Jewish religious school is seeking enthusiastic teachers to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year. We are passionate about creating  meaningful Jewish experiences that help children build a strong connection to Judaism, community, and tradition.

We are looking for educators who are compassionate, dependable, collaborative, and excited to make a difference in the lives of children and families.


About Our School

Located in the heart of Cranford, NJ, our school serves students from Pre-K through 7th grade in a nurturing and engaging environment rooted in Conservative Jewish values. We believe Jewish education should be meaningful, interactive, and full of joy.

Our faculty works together as a supportive team inclusive of synagogue leadership, families, and community members.  We value creativity,strengthening relationships, and building community.


What You’ll Do

  • Create and teach engaging lessons in Jewish holidays, Torah, Hebrew, prayer, and Jewish values

  • Foster a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment

  • Build positive relationships with students and families

  • Collaborate with fellow teachers and school leadership

  • Incorporate experiential, hands-on, and creative learning opportunities


Who You Are

  • Knowledgeable about Jewish traditions, Hebrew, and holidays

  • Comfortable teaching within a Conservative Jewish setting

  • Reliable, communicative, and team-oriented

  • Passionate about Jewish education and working with children

  • Prior teaching experience (formal or informal) preferred


Grade Levels Available

Teaching opportunities are available for Pre-K through 7th grade, with assignments based on experience, interests, and school needs.
