The StandWithUs Research & Strategy Department creates educational materials, provides customized research, and empowers activists around the world to implement effective strategies for telling Israel's story, countering misinformation, and fighting antisemitism. Reporting to the Senior Director of Campus Strategy, the Campus Strategy Operations Manager will implement proactive campaigns, rapid responses to hate and bias, and internal tracking for institutional knowledge and ongoing improvement of our resources and programs.

The Campus Strategy Operations Manager is responsible for translating strategic guidance into effective, on-the-ground action across college campuses. This includes coordinating rapid responses to incidents of antisemitism and anti-Israel activity, developing communication materials and campaigns, and working cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure timely and aligned execution. The role also supports proactive initiatives by preparing resources in advance and helping manage multiple campus situations simultaneously.

In addition, the role focuses on tracking and managing campus cases, maintaining organized systems for institutional knowledge, and supporting Experiential Israel Programs. The manager ensures continuity and follow-through by documenting outcomes, identifying patterns, and strengthening internal processes. They may also travel to campuses during critical moments to provide operational support and help ensure students and staff have the tools and guidance needed to respond effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Operationalize strategic guidance into concrete response assets, including communications to administrators, factsheets, student-facing campaigns, visual materials, and other rapid-response tools.
  • Support efficient, coordinated response across multiple campuses simultaneously, particularly during periods of heightened activity.
  • Work with internal partners (Campus, Research & Strategy, Legal, Digital, Media) once response pathways are identified, ensuring timely execution and clear handoffs.
  • Support proactive campus initiatives by helping prepare response materials, campaigns, or engagement tools in advance of anticipated campus activity.
  • Track active campus incidents and responses to ensure appropriate follow-up and continuity of support for students and Campus Regional Managers.
  • Support accountability and best practices by helping ensure Campus Regional Managers have the information, tools, and guidance needed to engage effectively.
  • Document actions taken, outcomes, and lessons learned to close cases and strengthen institutional memory.
  • Manage the operational and logistical aspects of StandWithUs Experiential Israel Programs, including maintaining inventory and scheduling programs.
  • Ensure program continuity and documentation to support future planning and improvement.
  • Maintain organized records of campus incidents, response actions, and outcomes to support continuity and long-term learning.
  • Support the development and upkeep of internal systems that enable efficient coordination, early awareness, and strategic planning over time.
  • Surface recurring operational challenges and needs to senior campus strategy leadership.
  • Travel to campuses during high-impact moments to assist students and partners.
  • Provide on-site operational support to students, Campus Regional Managers, and campus partners as appropriate.

Qualifications:

  • Strong alignment with the mission and values of StandWithUs and a commitment to supporting students facing antisemitism and anti-Israel hostility on campus.
  • Deep knowledge about Israel and antisemitism.
  • Experience in campus engagement, operations, activism, campaign execution, or related fields.
  • Exceptional organizational and follow-through skills, with the ability to manage multiple active issues simultaneously.
  • Strong written communication skills, with experience producing clear, actionable materials.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams and remain steady in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
  • Comfort executing under strategic direction while exercising sound judgment in coordination and implementation.
  • Familiarity with campus dynamics related to antisemitism, anti-Israel organizing, student government activity, and administrative processes strongly preferred.
  • Willingness and ability to travel during the academic year and for summer conferences.
  • Computer literacy, including proficiency with AI platforms, MS Office, Google Drive, Canva, and other applications.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.

Position Start Date: As soon as possible

Location: Remote (with some domestic travel required)

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: $65,000–$75,000 depending on experience.
