School Front Office & Operations Coordinator (Stein Campus- Full-Time)

Schechter Boston is looking for a responsible, organized, confidential and friendly School Front Office & Operations Coordinator. The hours for the position are Monday-Thursday 7:45AM-4:15PM and Friday 7:45AM-3PM.
Job Description:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for students, families, and visitors—both in person and via phone/email.
- Ensure the front office and school common areas are tidy, organized and reflective of the learning environment inside.
- Oversee purchasing and inventory of building and office supplies.
- Coordinate student arrival and dismissal processes with efficiency and care.
- Support and help manage staff duty coverage alongside the Team Lead of Student Experience (PreK–3).
- Serve as the point person for administrative and operational matters at the Stein Campus.
- Collaborate proactively with operations staff at the Wells Campus to ensure consistency and partnership across campuses.
- Support school events and day-to-day happenings with calm, flexible professionalism.
- All other duties as assigned.
Experience/Qualifications:
- Associates Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work well with children and families in a school setting.
- Excellent customer service skills, organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to think critically and work independently to proactively identify and solve problems.
- Self-starter and able to take initiative within the scope of assigned responsibilities or duties.
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality based on the information received from faculty and parents.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Word and Excel, database software and email.
Pay & Benefits:
- Competitive salary starting at $55,000; commensurate with experience
